Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for the Direct Buying Program and with ALDI Sourcing Teams.
• Prepare shipping cost calculations to support Direct Buying tendering processes and ensure timely availability of accurate costing information.
• Process shipping documents accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee all aspects of shipment planning and scheduling to optimize logistics operations.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with freight forwarders, vendors, and ALDI national supply chain management teams.
• Handle logistics-related inbound and outbound matters to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder and overseeing the inventory to minimize stock shortage and overage.
• Report directly to the Senior Specialist of Supply Chain Management.

Your Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or Logistics related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience 

• Experience gained in sourcing/ buying offices is preferred

• Experience with logistics industry/ freight forwarder is required

• Experience with Logistics IT Software solutions is required

• Good command of verbal & written English and fluency in Mandarin

• High level of computer literacy: MS office and Exchange, advance Excel knowledge

• Pleasant, mature personality, trustworthy

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, team player

• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills

• Professional and positive attitude
