Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across distribution hubs and warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability in EU.
• Conduct regular inventory reviews and recommend actions to improve inventory health.
• Identify inventory risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to minimise stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, consumption trends, lead times targets.
• Monitor reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory parameters to ensure timely replenishment.
• Manage replenishment orders, inbound shipments and coordinate corrective actions to address supply disruptions to maintain targeted inventory levels.
• Collaborate with sourcing and logistic team to ensure on-time replenishment.
• Provide inventory insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Your Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or Logistics related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience 

• Experience gained in sourcing/ buying offices is preferred

• Experience with logistics industry/ freight forwarder is required

• Experience with Logistics IT Software solutions is required

• Good command of verbal & written English and fluency in Mandarin

• High level of computer literacy: MS office and Exchange, advance Excel knowledge

• Pleasant, mature personality, trustworthy

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, team player

• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills

• Professional and positive attitude
