Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate all documents such as item confirmations, tenders and supplier contracts in a timely manner
• Review the layout of packaging materials, user manuals, and assembly instructions in accordance with the international brand style guides and relevant guidelines
• Assist in the review session on the development of the potential new products for national buying area
• Maintain close collaboration with Sourcing, Quality, Sustainability and Logistic team members to ensure smooth operations of the buying process
• Prepare, maintain and update the International Category Proposal, timeline, tender schedule and product portfolios in the system and different databases
• Support the team in other ad-hoc activities as required

Your Requirements

• At least (Non-Degree) Tertiary education required
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in product development, purchasing or sourcing of hardgoods item, preferably gained within sourcing/buying offices
• Attentive to details; good analytical and organizational skills
• Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn
• Passionate in global retail market as well as in merchandising and buying industry
• High level of computer literacy in MS Office
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
