Your Responsibilities

Internship Period: Dec 2026 – May 2027

• Support social compliance and audits by following up with ALDI suppliers and manufacturers
• Maintain international social compliance standards such as BSCI
• Provide administrative support such as maintaining work progress reports, filing and data archiving
• Coordinate with headquarter and third-party service providers on social audits
• Support and coordinate the team to complete sustainability projects
• Support the team with packaging data tracking, data submission and file management to drive specific sustainable packaging initiatives
• Support in coordinating suppliers to execute the company packaging program
• Responsible for preparing presentation materials for meetings, training and internal & external sustainability reports
• Support the team in other ad-hoc activities as required

Your Requirements

• Year 2 students or above studying in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Supply Chain Management, ESG, Risk Management or other related disciplines
• Strong interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, and the global retail industry
• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work 2-3 working days per week
