Your Responsibilities

• Supports the Manager and Advisor Sustainability (CASP) regarding the continued development of the IBA CASP Sustainability Strategy, Sustainability Principles and all related goals of the ALDI SOUTH Group, at both national and international level.
• Supports the Manager and Advisor Sustainability (CASP) on CASP related projects and activities.
• Maintains work progress reports, filing and archiving for the team members.
• Coordinates social assessments with headquarters and third-party service providers.
• Performs data entry, data analysis and report generation.
• Ensures that all reports and data are treated in the strictest confidence.
• Updates on market and further developments in the CASP Sustainability area.
• Supports the execution of CASP Sustainability related projects and assessments in the CASP supply chain.
• Assists in coordinating international Sustainability trips.
• Any other ad-hoc projects or administrative duties as assigned by the Manager Sustainability (CASP).

Your Requirements

• Degree holder in environmental, sustainability or other relevant disciplines. Any previous proven experience/ qualifications in sustainability

• Experience gained in sourcing/ buying offices

• Pleasant, mature personality, trustworthy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player

• High attention to details and excellent organizational, logical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent command of English (Cantonese / Mandarin advantageous)

• Excellent PO knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
