Your Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain related daily operation with adherence to SOP and handle exceptions with internal and external stakeholders
• Management of ocean freight shipment data and ensure data integrity
• Responsible for shipment scheduling, planning and carrier space management
• Conduct analysis in preparation of volume forecast for freight forwarder/ carrier
• Support in preparation of Ocean Freight Contract tendering / bidding process
• Collate and maintain shipping data into internal shipment management system
• Preparation of required shipment status and KPIs reports on a regular basis
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, country supply chain management department and suppliers on any operation issues and queries to achieve on time in full shipments
• Support monitoring of service providers’ service delivery from daily operation
• Support the implementation of new operational requirements and changes in accordance to business needs
• Support ad-hoc tasks as per assignment from Manager

Your Requirements

• At least tertiary education with minimum 4 years of full time relevant experience, preferably in logistics department of Freight forwarder/Buyer/Sourcing offices
• Experience in reporting and analytics support in logistics field is advantageous
• Good command of both verbal and written business English as well as fluency in Mandarin essential
• Excellent analytic, problem solving and project management skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, team player
• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
• High level of computer literacy: MS Office and Exchange; advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with Logistics IT Software Solution is advantageous
