Your Responsibilities

• Independently reviewing contracts (buy/sell, service agreements, NDAs, licenses, etc.)
• Monitoring legislation updates in Hong Kong
• Respond both internally and externally to routine legal queries 
• Localize group level requirements and ensure compliance at regional level when implemented
• Conduct suppliers onboarding process and answer related queries 
• Liaise with external counsels, company secretary or other external parties

Your Requirements

• Holder of a law degree or equivalent graduated from a reputable university.
• Experience in Data Protection(Privacy) is a strong advantage.
• 1 year solid commercial contract reviewing experience.
• 2 years of working experience in MNC within legal is preferable.
• 1 year of working experience in international sourcing industry is preferable.
• 1 year of legal working experience in dispute resolutions is preferable.
• Sound knowledge in personal data protection laws and logistics industry.
• Sound knowledge in intellectual property rights laws and antitrust laws is preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
• Open minded with strong business acumen is preferable.
• Able to work independently.
• Wiling to understand the organization and its requirements.
• Pleasant, trustworthy, good interpersonal skills, team player.
• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills.
• High level of computer literacy, in particular MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
