Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate department financial budgeting and resource planning
• Process IT invoices (routing, validation, and recording)
• Own and drive project portfolio planning and prioritisation with leadership team
• Create visual reports (e.g. via Tableau) and presentation materials
• Coordinate development of IT strategy and roadmap, including leadership meetings
• Define and/or promote the latest internal IT frameworks, policies, processes, and guidelines
• Develop process automation (e.g. via Power Automate) with provided training resources
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by IT manager

Your Requirements

• Degree holder in IT or business-related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a well-established and sizable organization
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Strong mathematical skills and a foundational understanding of finance to support budgeting and forecasting tasks
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and report writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information
• Effective communication with internal and external parties to ensure alignment and facilitate cross-team agreements
• Good command of both verbal and written business English
• Adaptability, flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional and positive attitude; Pleasant personality; mature and high level of integrity
