Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate improvement initiatives / projects to enhance operational efficiency. Identify process bottlenecks, implement best practices, and leverage technology to streamline logistics processes in end-to-end supply chain

• Support periodic key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets reviews for logistics service providers to identify improvement areas with actions to optimise logistics operations

• Maintain consistency and compliance in logistics operations. Support continuous enhancement of operation process and ensure the SOP reflects the operations and remain consistent across the business

• Support RFP, RFI, Benchmarking exercise for evaluation of services required and build industry knowledge

• Support the resolution of reoccurring issues and stakeholders’ queries related to logistics operations leveraging effective communication, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Support Manager on ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Your Requirements

• Bachelor graduate or above, with minimum 3 years of full-time relevant experience, preferably in Carrier/ Freight Forwarder/ Buying/ Sourcing offices

• Experience in reporting and analytics support in logistics field is advantageous

• Good command of both verbal and written business English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

• Excellent analytic, problem solving and project management skills

• Good communications and interpersonal skills, team player

• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills

• High level of literacy in MS Office application

• Experience with PowerBI or other Business Intelligence platform is advantageous
