Your Responsibilities

• Familiarize with Company policies and provide general support in full spectrum of Human Resources duties in a professional and timely manner.
• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including but not limited to candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview and assessment arrangement, preparing employment contract.
• Act as HR Business Partner to provide timely advices on all HR-related topics such as recruitment, performance management, staff movement.
• Handle general enquiries from line managers on HR topics.
• Assist in new employee orientation training / induction
• Responsible for identifying and developing creative initiatives to engage employees.
• Provide update and reports in HR related topics in terms of recruitment, headcounts, market trend, etc.
• Back up for team members as well as assist in other ad-hoc Human Resources related tasks assigned by the Human Resources Managers.

Your Requirements

• Degree Holder in Human Resources or other related Business discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience gained in sizable organization.
• Responsible, highest level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Regulations.
• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, proactive team player.
• Good command of verbal & written English and fluency in Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Knowledge in VBA is an advantage
