Your Responsibilities
- Conducts project-specific assignments and assists Manger Project in timely execution of tasks.
- In parts independently handles projects from conception through implementation.
- Develops possible courses of action/action alternatives with corresponding recommendation.
- Prepares all documents required by the PM/DP for different kinds of conferences, meetings, and updates.
- Prepares all lists, documents, and presentations required by the PM/DP for conducting relevant analyses and evaluations.
- Arranges meeting and monitor project meeting schedule.
- Collects action items and takes meeting minutes.
- Monitors and coordinates all deadlines agreed with internal and external business partners.
- Organises and manages daily operations and project administration concerning their respective area.
- Proposes the filing system for documents and manages the folders to ensure the document are organised properly.
- Cooperates and communicates closely with project teams and other departments or stakeholders as required.
- Deal with call and email enquiries with internal staff and external parties independently.
- Perform data entry, data analysis/report generation.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Your Requirements
- Degree Holder in Procurement, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- Passionate in global retail market as well as in merchandising and buying industry
- Attentive to details; good analytical and organizational skills
- Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
