Specialist Administration (Legal)

Your Responsibilities

  •  Manage and carry out supplier onboarding process
  • Assist the Team Manager to carry out administrative projects
  • Provide administrative support for the daily legal operations
  • Prepare general reports and analysis
  • Support on filing and maintain document records
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Team Manager

Your Requirements

  • Tertiary education
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration field or related discipline
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, team player
  • Good command of verbal & written English
  • Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
