Your Responsibilities

• Support Manager to execute sourcing strategy for responsible gardening products
• Work closely with Buying Teams, in order to develop and deliver ASO strategies
• Source and qualify supplier and manage performance
• Regular factory visit for product development and supplier engagement
• Execute new product development and refresh repeat items offer for responsible gardening products
• Responsible for competitive tender submission of the product range
• Accountable for order execution and artwork development for respective areas
• Responsible for critical path order management
• Work closely with Quality and Supply Chain Management teams to manage shipment issue
• Manage and monitor subordinates’ performance to support company strategy

Your Requirements

• At least (Non-Degree) Tertiary education required
• Minimum of 4-6 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying offices, working with consumer products; experience in Gardening product area is highly preferred
• Strong sourcing network
• Leadership sense; experience of managing subordinate will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and fluency in Mandarin essential
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn
• Attention to detail and good organizing, coordination and planning skills as well as problem oriented
• General knowledge of MS office and Exchange essential
• High level of maturity, integrity, trustworthiness
