Senior Specialist Administration

Your Responsibilities
- Support the project coordination related to Office Administration
- Plan and implement day-to-day facilities management includes inspect and monitor the functions of the office facilities including air-conditioning systems, fire service, plumbing & drainage, electricity supply, lighting, security services (CCTV) etc.
- Coordinate renovation project, follow up repair and maintenance matters to ensure all are in functional, good and safe condition
- Maintain high level office standard of building environment, ensure compliance with relevant laws & regulations
- Provide guidance, advice, coaching to the direct support where required to deliver a project and day-to-day operations
- Maintain fixed asset inventory (non-IT related assets)
- Prepare justification and comparison document when acquiring new vendor
- Work closely with the Senior Manager and team to get the works completed on time and to a qualified standard
- Manage the Janitor/tea lady to ensure smooth running in the office
- Deliver effective business communication on any projects related meetings, including presentation materials, reports, agenda and minute
- Back-up Admin team when necessary
- Coordinate company events and meeting arrangement
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Manager Administration
Your Requirements
- At least Tertiary education required
- Experience in Administration field at least 5 years in supervisory role
- Candidates with hands on experience on office renovation project would be an advantage
- Experience in project, event organizing
- Pleasant, mature personality and trustworthy
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- A good team player
- Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
- Good command of verbal & written English which able to communicate to all levels of people in the company
- Professional and positive attitude
