Senior Specialist Administration

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the project coordination related to Office Administration
  • Plan and implement day-to-day facilities management includes inspect and monitor the functions of the office facilities including air-conditioning systems, fire service, plumbing & drainage, electricity supply, lighting, security services (CCTV) etc.
  • Coordinate renovation project, follow up repair and maintenance matters to ensure all are in functional, good and safe condition
  • Maintain high level office standard of building environment, ensure compliance with relevant laws & regulations
  • Provide guidance, advice, coaching to the direct support where required to deliver a project and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain fixed asset inventory (non-IT related assets)
  • Prepare justification and comparison document when acquiring new vendor
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and team to get the works completed on time and to a qualified standard
  • Manage the Janitor/tea lady to ensure smooth running in the office
  • Deliver effective business communication on any projects related meetings, including presentation materials, reports, agenda and minute
  • Back-up Admin team when necessary
  • Coordinate company events and meeting arrangement
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Manager Administration

Your Requirements

  • At least Tertiary education required
  • Experience in Administration field at least 5 years in supervisory role
  • Candidates with hands on experience on office renovation project would be an advantage
  • Experience in project, event organizing
  • Pleasant, mature personality and trustworthy
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player 
  • Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
  • Good command of verbal & written English which able to communicate to all levels of people in the company
  • Professional and positive attitude
