Your Responsibilities
Internship Period: June – August 2025
- Assist in document preparation such as tender, contracts and shipment record
- Participate in review sessions of packaging, user manuals, and assembly instructions in accordance with the international brand style guides and relevant guidelines
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Provide administrative support such as maintaining and updating timeline, supplier records and product portfolios in the system and different databases
- Support the team in other ad-hoc activities as required
Your Requirements
- Year 2 students or above studying in Procurement, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- Passionate in global retail market as well as in merchandising and sourcing industry
- Attention to detail, good analytical and organizational skills
- Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
- Able to work 5 working days per week
