Your Responsibilities

Internship Period: June – August 2026

• Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, including computer and mobile device installation & setup, email setup, basic printer setup and other supports on Windows 11, MS Office, etc.
• Provide first-tier networking support, video conference equipment health check & setup, basic telephone system support and assist computer related procurement
• Handle daily technical support and maintenance, such as back up and network security
• Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base
• Participate in internal project implementation
• Complete related administrative paperwork and reports as necessary
• Support the team in other ad-hoc activities as required

Your Requirements

• Year 2 students or above studying in IT, Enterprise Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Passionate in the field of IT
• High level of computer literacy in MS Office and general desktop software. Experience in programming is an advantage.
• Organise and independently prioritise work and logically develop work plans
• Attention to detail, with good analytical skill and logical thinking mindset
• Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
• Able to work 5 working days per week
