Your Responsibilities

Internship Period: December 2022 – May 2023

• Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support (Windows 10, MS Office, mobile devices, etc.)
• Provide first-tier networking support, video conference equipment health check & setup, basic telephone system support and assist computer related procurement
• Handle daily technical support and maintenance, such as back up and network security
• Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base
• Participate in internal project implementation.
• Complete related administrative paperwork and reports as necessary
• Support the team in other ad-hoc activities as required

Your Requirements

• Year 3 students studying in IT, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• Passionate in the field of IT
• High level of computer literacy in MS Office and general desktop software. Programming experience is an advantage
• Organise and independently prioritise work and logically develop work plans
• Attentive to details, good analytical skills and logical thinking mindset
• Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
• Able to work 2-3 working days per week
