Your Responsibilities

Internship Period: Dec 2025 – May 2026

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain operation including shipping documents preparation, shipment planning & booking, container utilization and supply chain system maintenance
• Coordinate and follow-up with 3PL on shipping arrangement and monitoring according to company policies and requirements
• Provide administrative support such as invoicing, data entry, shipping progress update and data validation
• Compile and prepare report and analyse data to track 3PL performance
• Support the team in other ad-hoc activities as required

Your Requirements

• Year 2 students or above studying in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Attentive to details; good data analytical and organizational skills
• Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and responsible
• High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Advanced Excel knowledge is preferred)
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and Mandarin
• Able to work 2-3 working days per week
