Intern Human Resources (Part-time | Dec 2022 – May 2023)

Your Responsibilities
Internship Period: December 2022 – May 2023
- Update internal databases with candidates & employees’ information
- Support recruitment administration such as job advertisement posting, interview and assessment arrangement, HR document preparation (training plan, reference check, employment contract, promotion letters, etc.) and support on/off boarding process
- Consolidate and manage HR reports including organizational chart, headcount summary and market intelligence
- Support the team in other ad-hoc activities as required
Your Requirements
- Year 3 students studying in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Attentive to details; able to handle sensitive and confidential materials in a professional manner
- Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
- Able to work 2-3 working days per week
