Your Responsibilities
- Support to create sample testing protocol and physical testing
- Support to research new product testing methodology
- Coordination of inspection, testing and audits preparation, quotation, booking as well as results and invoicing follow-up.
- Preparation of any QA related documentation.
- Responsible for photography sampling, artwork briefing and review preparation.
- Proactive communication and follow up with the internal departments, service providers and factories where necessary i.e. artwork approval.
- Liaise with suppliers and external service providers as required and directed by the
- Manager/ Director of the business team in a professional, polite manner.
- Become familiar with the products and responsibility areas within the supplier base of the business team, raising all communication and core business records as necessary.
- Utilize internal and external systems to research, input and extract relevant data.
- Support the related EU / UK legislative work of the assigned portfolio and products
- Proactively connect with local, regional, and global counterparts on the latest regulatory and corporate requirement updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external parties or authorities to ensure product registration and labelling standards are upheld
- Timely update databases and archives and report to stakeholders
Your Requirements
- At least (Non-Degree) Tertiary education required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained in third party testing lab, sourcing/buying offices, working with textile/ garment products.
- Hands-on experience with QA duties and testing standard of textile products is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player.
- Good command of both verbal and written business English and fluency in Mandarin essential.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn.
- Attention to detail and good organizing, coordination and planning skills.
- General knowledge of MS office and Exchange essential.
- High level of maturity, integrity, trustworthiness.
