Specialist Reporting & Analytics

Your Responsibilities

  • Creation of reports and dashboards for data analysis and visualisation in Tableau
  • Adhere to internal data governance principles and procedures to ensure data integrity, security and compliance
  • Perform cleansing, processing and validation on data to ensure quality
  • Assist with the analysis of operational data to derive insights, create presentations and storylines to support management decision-making
  • Participate and assist in the collection of analytics requirements from management stakeholders
  • Assist with the creation of structured documentation for business requirements and functional design
  • Identify areas of data improvement and liaise with related stakeholders to assist with creating and implement development plan
  • Close collaboration with local Scrum-based product team for Data, Reporting and Analytics including sprint planning and projects
  • Collaboration with technical design team to ensure effective and easy-to-maintain data structures
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Team Manager

Your Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics or related discipline
  • 2 years’ relevant experience or above is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in Tableau. Alternative front-end reporting tools will also be considered
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably from MNC is a plus
  • Experience with Excel macros / VBA is preferred
  • Experience working with finance, sourcing or supply chain related data is preferred
  • Experience working in Scrum or Agile based team is preferred
  • Proactive and results-oriented business approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, agile in handling changes
  • Able to work under pressure and fast paced work environment
  • Pleasant personality; a good team player; mature and with high level of integrity
