Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a packaging material database in accurate, traceable, structural and timely manner.
• Responsible for packaging data tracking, data verification, data submission and file management.
• Support CR Packaging Team to coordinate suppliers to execute the company packaging program and realise packaging solutions based on the company policy updates and implementation.
• Support CR Packaging Team with data extraction and communication to drive specific sustainable packaging initiatives.
• Support in producing internal and external sustainability reports.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and training materials.

Your Requirements

• Degree holder in environmental, sustainability or other relevant disciplines. Any previous proven experience/ qualifications in sustainability.
• Experience gained in sourcing/ buying offices
• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning as well as good logical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
• High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Advanced Excel knowledge is preferred)
• Good command of both verbal and written business English and Chinese
• Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, mature personality, trustworthy
